What Data We Store

  • Access records to which content modules (“houses”) users can access
  • User onboarding information (name, email address)
  • Written survey responses
• Stored Locally on Your Device Only:
  • Audio recordings from the multimodal recorder
  • Text feedback entered after videos
  • This content is never transmitted to our servers

Data Processing

For internal analytics and reporting:

• Data may be exported from Firebase to spreadsheets for analysis
• These exports are only shared with authorized team members
• We use standard Google Sheets for this purpose, with appropriate access controls

Privacy Practices
